About Tea Tree Oil
Our Tea Tree Farm is located in the pristine countryside of the Nambucca Valley, 50 miles away from any emissions, industry or pollutants. Finally, our Tea tree oil is hand harvested! As a result, our Tea tree oil is the finest quality available on the planet.
By applying essential oils and blends with essential
oils, you are nourishing your skin with these plant extracts. If you use a product
or essential oil which is not certified organic, then it has almost certainly
been sprayed with chemicals or pesticides which are toxic. If you use non organic
essential oil products then you are applying chemicals or pesticides to your
skin, which can also absorb into your bloodstream with the oils. This can be
dangerous, especially considering that pesticides and herbicides are responsible
for the deaths of up to 70 million birds in America alone.
We will never use or promote oils or extracts
which have used pesticides. Our oils are tested to ensure purity.
Tea tree oil (Melaleuca alternafolia) is a great
“entry level” essential oil for natural medicine. This
oil is nontoxic and proven effective for the treatment of nonspecific infections.
When using the oil to treat skin conditions make sure it is organic.
This oil is also proven and renowned for its antimicrobial
qualities. Its wide spectrum of action makes
it a perfect staple for any medicine chest and important to carry in a first
aid kit.
It is highly effective to treat infections of
the mucous membranes of the mouth and gums and for bacterial related illnesses.
The antiseptic action of tea tree is believed
to be one hundred times more powerful than carbolic acid – and yet is
non toxic to humans.
The Australian Aborigines have been using this
indigenous Australian tree in their medications for centuries and today tea
tree continues to be the subject of great international research.
