Time and again, independent medical studies have demonstrated the
efficacy of plant extracts, in medical applications. A few examples of

- An investigation supported by the National Institute of Health, showed that the extract of lemon balm concentrated in H-Balm ImmunoBoost, possessed antiviral properties (Kucera & Hermann).
